Ingredients

Wheat Flour-2cup
Plain flour-2tbsp
Water-to knead dough
Sugar-1tsp
Oil-to deep dry
Salt-to taste
Rava(sooji)-2tsp

Method

Mix the wheat flour with salt ,rava,2tsp of oil,sugar,plain flour and water and make a soft dough..Keep aside for 15 to 30 mins.Then divide the dough into small small portions and shape into balls..Roll this ball into round shape with the help of oil .. (u can use a poori press )..Heat oil in a deep pan and fry on both sides till light brown ..Drain the oil in a kitchen tissue..Serve hot with Bhaji..
