EGG THORAN


Ingredients:

•Egg 2
•Onion 1 med chopped
•Chilly 2 to 3 chopped
•Tomato 1
•Coconut 3 to 4 tbsp grated
•Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
•Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
•Curry leaves
•Salt
•Oil

Beat the egg and keep it aside. Grind together coconut, chilly and turmeric powder. Heat oil in a kadai and add chopped onion,tomato, grounded coconut, salt and saute it well. Add the beaten egg, coriander leaves, curry leaves and scramble it.

INGREDIANTS
eggs 3
potato 1(boiled)
tomatoes 2
curry leaves
mustard
coriander
leaves
gingergarlic paste
onions 2
green chille 2
pepper powder
tomato souse
zoya souse
salt
oil(coconut or sunflower)
1st step make plain ommlette

2nd step
when pan hot put 2 table spoon oil,put mustard seeds to
crackle,then put curry leaves in to it,put onions chopped,afters onion
browned,put green chilies, gingergarlicpaste, after that put boiled
potato mashed & tomato mashed,then cook for 3 mints

3rd step
cut the ommlette into pices &put into pan.
After 2 mints put tomato & zoya souse put water 1/2 cup & allow to
boil after it ready move to a bowl then put chopped coriander leaves &
pepper powder .& ready 2 serve

CHETTINAD FISH CURRY


Ingredients:

Fish - ½ Kg
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Coriander seeds - 3 Tbsp
Fennel saunf) - 1 tsp
Poppy seeds(khus khus) - 1 Tbsp

For Seasoning

Oil - 2-3 Tbsp
Mustard - ½ tsp
Black gram (urad) dal - ½ tsp
Fenugreek - ¼ tsp
Fennel (saunf) - ½ tsp
Curry leaves - few
Onion - ¾ cup, chopped
Garlic - 6 flakes, chopped
Tomatoes - 1 cup, chopped
Tamarind extract - to taste
Salt - to taste

Method:

Wash the fish slices.
Grind red chillies with coriander seeds, fennel and poppy seeds.
Heat oil, season with mustard, black gram dal, saunf, fenugreek and curry leaves.
Add garlic and onion and fry till onions are light brown.
Add ground masala, fry well.
Add tomato and tamarind extract. Simmer for a few minutes.
Add fish and salt. Cook till done.
