Ingredients

Potato-4
Ginger-1tsp(chopped)
Green chilly-1(chopped)
Big onion -sliced 2
Mustard Seeds-1/4tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp
Curry leaves-few
Oil-1tsp
Dry red chilly-1(chopped)
Urad Dal(uzhunnuparippu)-1/4tsp
coriander leaves-
Salt-to taste

Method

At first peel the potato..Take a pressure cooker and pour the potato along with water and salt ..cook it ..(3whistle)..Then keep it aside..

Take a kadai and splutter the mastard seeds ,then add dry red chilly , uzhunnuparippu and curry leaves.. After that add onion ,ginger and green chilly and saute well…Saute till the onion become transparent and tender ..Then add turmeric powder ..After that add the cooked potato and stir for 2 -3 minutes. in between check the salt and add if u need.. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves..
Serve with ...Palak Poori(Spinach Puri)..or...Carrot Poori....or......Poori.....
