Ingredients

Egg-3
Grated Coconut -handful
Green Chilly-3(chopped)
Ginger-1tsp(chopped)
Small onion(chuvannulli)-10 chopped
Curry leaves-10(chopped)
Salt-to taste
Oil-2tsp


Method

1.Beat egg.
2.Mix all the ingredients together with egg except oil ..
3.Heat oil in a pan and the egg mixture .Stir continuously until the egg is done (2-3 mins).
4.Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with rice or chapaty
