Baba Ghanoush

Ingredients:


1 mid-size eggplant
1/2 lemon, squeezed
1 tsp. al alali Garlic Powder
1-2 tbsps. al alali Parsley Flakes 1 tomato diced 1 small onion finely chopped
Salt
al alali Ground black Pepper

Method:


• Roast eggplant over a stove until cooked. Set aside for 15-20 minutes to cool
• Peel the eggplant skin and chop
• Mix all ingredients with the eggplant
• Serve and enjoy!
